Protein Power Mix
Protein is an essentialist part of our daily diet, but often an over looked part. Not anymore. May we introduce a great way to get protein with no animal product required? We call it Protein Power Mix. This sprout mix includes Adzuki Beans, Garbanzo Beans, Mung Beans and Green Peas.
Soak seeds for 10 hours and rinse. Place seeds out of direct sunlight. Rinse seeds 2 to 3 times a day. Sprouts will be ready in 2 to 4 days.
