Pico De Gallo Recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6-7 Roma tomato, roughly chopped

1/2 cup white onion, chopped

1 cup cilantro, stems and leaves chopped

2 peppers, finely chopped (jalapeno or serrano...leave seeds in for a little heat)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt (I like Kosher because of larger granules)

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together, let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes and taste. Add more lime juice or spices if needed depending on your liking. This recipe is so versatile, you can add a little more of you favorite ingredients or enjoy as is, like my family. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
