Landscaping with Herbs

What’s even better than a beautifully landscaped yard? A beautifully landscaped yard with decorative plants that you can use! Although flowers and shrubs are pretty, using herbs in
your landscaping can provide you with a nice yard and plants that you can use in the kitchen.
There are many ways to use herbs in your landscaping. For instance, certain herbs, such as Creeping Thyme, Chamomile, and Mint make wonderful ground covers! If there are areas in your yard that look a bit bare, any of these herbs will make a great addition.
Certain herbs are known for their beautiful flowers, and you can use these to liven up your landscape. Herbs like Dark Opal Basil, Fennel, Sage, and Chives produce gorgeous flowers that will add a splash of color. And, of course, you can eat the plants, too!
Plant herbs in your veggie garden, near walls, among flowers, as borders, around stepping stones, or wherever else you would like to enjoy lovely, useful plants in your yard.
