All About… Imperator Carrots

Imperator carrots make a wonderful snack! These delicious veggies grow about 9 inches long and taste great fresh from the garden. They are also perfect for cooking and using in recipes.
Imperator carrot roots are deep orange, and are known to be a popular supermarket carrot. You’ll find them most delicious right from your garden, though! Imperator carrots are coreless, tapered, slender, and fine-grained. Not only do they taste great, but they are packed with vitamins. If you can’t use them right away after harvesting, these carrots store well and can be enjoyed later.
Imperator carrots are easy to grow and tend to be quite hardy. Just plant them in a sunny spot with well-drained, loose soil. Imperator matures in about 75 days.
