95 days.  The 15 inch, prostrate plant has large, curled, deeply cut leaves.  Leaves are dark green and about the same size as leaf lettuce.  Excellent greens for salad, but also boiled or steamed.  Heart blanches to creamy white.  To blanche heart, tie up outer leaves 2-3 weeks before harvest.  Resistant to cold wet weather.  Package contains approximately 1,425 Endive Green Curled Ruffec Seeds.
