Carrot seeds may be planted as soon as the ground can be worked. They are very easy to grow. Carrots are high in beta-carotene. They are also an excellent source of antioxidants. Carrots make a great snack and are used in many dishes(salad, stir fry, stew, etc.). We recommend all of our carrots.
